Starting a new matter
New matters begin with a case review request. The form collects the requester details, jurisdiction, matter type, and intended use we need to evaluate permissible purpose. It intentionally does not ask for subject identifiers — those are provided after acceptance through a secure method.
Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical information, passwords, or login credentials by phone, email, or web form.

Most purpose reviews are completed within one to two business days.
All case requests are reviewed for a lawful and authorized purpose. TracePoint Forensics reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet its compliance and ethical standards.
