Accessibility Statement

We want every client and professional to be able to use this site, including those relying on assistive technology.

Our standard

This website is designed and maintained with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as its target standard. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time audit.

Measures in place

  • Semantic HTML structure with a single clear heading hierarchy on each page
  • Color contrast targeted to meet AA thresholds against our dark theme
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Full keyboard operability, including the multi-step case review form
  • Form fields with associated labels and validation messages tied to their inputs
  • Accordions and tabs built on accessible, keyboard-navigable patterns
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Information never conveyed by color alone
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected
  • A skip-to-content link at the start of each page

Known limitations

Some third-party content or future integrations may not fully meet our standard. Where we identify a barrier, we work to correct it or provide an equivalent alternative.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility problem, contact cases@tracepoint.pro. Include the page and a description of the issue, and we will respond and provide the information in an alternate format if needed.
